Usual state of hecticness: check

Passports are at the Indian Embassy, all clothes for the trip are bought, all shots have been taken, (must buy emergency malaria medicine at pharmacy today), some of the luggage, including full medicine cabinet, is already prepared. I got a new memory card for my camera, Blandine brought an old mobile phone from home, the cats need to go to the vet for their last shots before they can head off to the South of France, the promotional gifts for the volunteering stint in Cambodia are being organised, the leaving do is being set up, the garden is cleaned up, the house needs to be vacuum cleaned, I got to edit my journalism article, manage a few projects at work...Aaargh!
